What is PharmZap?

PharmZap enables patients to directly message local pharmacies regarding prescriptions, products or services. With one simple message, you can save time and wasted journeys to pharmacies. No more waiting on the phone and you can message quickly and privately.

The patient app

The app gives users the opportunity to communicate with local pharmacies to help solve everyday queries. Users can search for pharmacies and directly message them regarding products, services or their prescriptions.

PharmZap also has a unique “ZAP!” feature that allows users to send a message to multiple pharmacies at once regarding any question they may have.

If you have run out of a particular medicine, use the "ZAP!" feature to message pharmacies near your location to enquire if the item is available.

We know that people are busy. Often due to the high volume of phone calls it can be difficult to get through to your local pharmacy. With PharmZap you will no longer be left “on-hold”, you can send a message to any pharmacy that is present on the app whilst you carry on with your day!

Pharmacists can use the web portal to create a profile of their pharmacy, with images and details of the advanced services they offer.

With our instant messaging tool, solving patients’ pharmaceutical queries has never been easier. Pharmacies can also use ‘canned’ responses which are customisable to save time when replying.

Pharmacies can search through and view lists of messages by using our filters or searching for a keyword. When a message is selected, an overview of the patient and the conversation can be seen at a quick glance with an option to open the conversation and communicate with the patient.
